Medical errors are the third cause of death according to the CDC National Center of Health Statistics. 440,000 Americans die every year from preventable medical mistakes with some some added factors. Could the problem be that the medical community is not training the staff the right way? There is an opportunity to make training and skill acquisition much more efficient. We will be discussing the topic of how improving the training process in critical health care areas in the transfer of skills using the assimilation training systems with Dr. Julian Varas, CEO of Training Competence.
