Chem is leading the “Home Services” Innovation Domain for Orange Innovation (TV and content, connectivity, smart home, home devices…). In his role he is defining strategy as well as driving and implementing the innovation roadmap for the domain and working with Orange countries to launch and run new products and services. Prior to that Chem was the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Viaccess Orca, driving the company’s expansion for 6 years. More generally Chem has a strong experience in the world of digital services, working for companies such as OpenTV, NDS (now Synamedia) or Qualcomm. Aside from his corporate sales and business experience, Assayag is an entrepreneur who founded, managed, and sold his own company, and has also driven a number of business startups. Chem graduated in management from EM Lyon, and holds a postgraduate degree in media management from ESCP Europe
