Santosh Sigdel is a dedicated human rights activist with over 15 years of experience in promoting and protecting human rights in Nepal. He holds a master's degree in international human rights from the Central European University in Hungary and another in international commercial law from Tribhuvan University. Actively involved in digital rights and internet governance, he served as the president of the Internet Society Nepal Chapter (2018-2019), contributing to internet accessibility and policy discussions. Additionally, he is the chairperson and founding member of Digital Rights Nepal, a not-for-profit initiative focused on protecting and promoting digital rights in the country.
