Mr. Sanjib Subba is the founder of Kathmandu FinteK, a company dedicated to training in leadership, banking, fintech, and other areas. He is a fintech enthusiast with a passion to help people and companies grow. His career spans across banking, L&D, and fintech areas where he is credited with growing both the people and the company. He is passionate about creating ecosystems to foster professional development and hence has founded HR Society in 2012, Fintech Alliance Nepal in 2023, and AI Club Nepal in 2024. Mr. Sanjib Subba also chairs the UNDP SDG Sub-platform for Green Finance. He is the global speaker of Fintech and is the founding president of Fintech Alliance Nepal. Mr. Sanjib Subba also consults for IFC of the World Bank on corporate governance and digital financial areas.
