In this week’s bite size episode Andrew talks about the recent Podcast Walk.

The Podcast Walk was hosted by the new chairman of NFU Sugar, Kit Papworth. All attendees got the chance to go on a crop tour around Lower Farm.

Andrew mentions how there was a clear difference in height and health for the crops which had been irrigated against the crops which were just relying on rain.

Andrew talks about the Malting Barley market and the effect that the recent dry weather could have on the upcoming harvest.
