This episode wasn't easy but it was necessary. I've dealt with abuse a lot in my life and because of it I never believed in myself and never thought I deserved good things in life... until a few years ago. It took a lot of reprogramming to start believing in myself. This is just a glimpse into my experience with abuse... mental, physical, emotional and the people who caused it.
