Joe Rosenberg is one of the more familiar names around the city of Lexington, especially as it relates to Downtown Lexington (and fancy Jewelry).

Joe was raised in Lexington where his family started a Jewelry store, known as Joe Rosenberg Jewelers, over 120 years ago. Since arriving back in Lexington after college, Joe has paved his own way through mixing entrepreneurship, real estate, and relational capital.

Being so familiar with the area, Joe has used his expertise of downtown Lexington to be a part of massive developments in the city and has been practicing land and building assemblage all of his adult life.

We discussed with Joe the process of Assemblage, the true history of Lexington from someone who has lived it, and strategic partnerships.
