The phrase strikes a nerve..."That's Not Human!" This is the telling of a terrifying 911 call on July 31st, 2021. The call came into Pender County Sheriff's Office, in an area known as the Black River...it is a deep forested area in North Carolina. The Black River area is ancient, contains some of the oldest trees in the world. The area contains old swamp lands, and areas that still remain unexplored and difficult to get to.

If this 911 call doesn't make your skin crawl, perhaps you are not human...although the identity of the creature, or whatever it was described by the 911 caller as "that's not human" has never been identified. Lots of speculation is circling...what did he see! Ghostly civil war soldier, skin-walker, animal, human-prankster, demon, or an extraterrestrial?

In this episode we discuss the 911 call, and some important language used by the caller, logistics, and possible explanations...although some of the explanations we discuss are perhaps silly, they remain as such...sometimes after an incident such as this, we end up with more questions and very little answers. This 911 call is no different...remains unexplained.
