Join us as we dive into the University of Twente’s presence at Dutch Design Week in 2023. Arash and Riki interview Alexandru, the project lead for “What’s on your Menu?” or “The Cookery” installation. The Cookery was sent to represent our university at DDW 2023. We will see the journey from the inception of the idea to a working installation displayed at Dutch Design Week: everything from the challenges to the opportunities to the future.
