Providing a reliable and resilient energy flow to America’s communities has been increasingly challenging. Climate change has tasked many systems while usage also continues to rise. In today’s episode of Design-Build Delivers, we talk to two green building experts, Kevin Hydes and Sam Brooks, about the imperative to rebuild our power grid for the future, making it more resilient to the impacts of climate change while increasing access to affordable and reliable clean energy. There is $65 million in federal dollars invested in upgrading the electric grid, and America’s design-build teams have an opportunity to lead the way in delivering innovative power projects for the future.
