Attorney DeSimone recently brought a wrongful death lawsuit against the County of Riverside in California for the alleged wrongful death of a longtime employee, Michael Haywood, and damages allegedly suffered by his wife Elizabeth who contracted COVID, and on behalf of his children who lost their dad.
