I am always looking to challenge myself, to do the thing that the little voice in my head tells me I can’t do; to lean into the uncomfortable. Within discomfort, we find growth and evolution. On the first episode of the second season of this podcast, I reintroduce myself after months of travel and exploration. After taking so much time off, sitting down to record was a CHALLENGE, but I am grateful for the power to push past my limits and reveal my truth.
