In this episode, Emily and Michael are joined by David Ransom, Director of Zone Planning. We thoroughly enjoyed listening and learning from David's perspective on planning, development and industry from both living and working on the coast. David explained the work Zone Planning are involved in and shared his insights onthe Gold Coast dwelling supply including the shrinking availability of land for residential development, shortage of greenfield housing land and the issue with undevelopable zoned land.
