Audra has suffered a significant amount of loss and brokenness in her lifetime. In the episode, Bob points out that among the many trials she has faced, three significant ones are the loss of a child, the loss of her husband, and being diagnosed with cancer. In the midst of this, God has done a magnificent work in and through her.
