So being hotel bound for weeks is playing games with my mind. mania is better than depression but not by much. ultimately I'm safe though and I guess that was the goal in leaving Flagstaff. I sought help for my bipolar through Brightside online because time is of the essence when it comes to mental health and waiting for a callback from the VA wasn't happening.
