General Hospital sees tensions rise as Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) are set to tie the knot. However, unexpected revelations and surprise visitors threaten to derail the wedding, leaving everyone on edge. As the nuptials approach, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Leisl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) grow increasingly desperate to prevent Willow from making a disastrous decision. Drew's devious plots are exposed, yet Willow remains unswayed, much to Portia's horror. In a last-ditch effort to save Willow, Curtis contemplates betraying a friend.

GH sees Drew discovers Willow's involvement in tormenting Daisy Gilmore-Corinthos (Levi Clark Coughlin) and forcing Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) to leave town, leaving him, disturbingly, impressed. Nina, realizing the gravity of the situation, contemplates revealing her past affair with Drew. As the wedding day arrives, Willow is confronted with a difficult choice. Will she go ahead with the wedding despite the revelations, or will she ditch Drew at the altar, giving fans a runaway bride scenario they would love?
