General Hospital sees there's confirmation that heartthrob Ryan Pavey is returning to the popular ABC soap opera. While it's uncertain whether he'll be reprising his role as fan-favorite Nathan West, there are several compelling reasons to believe he might. Nathan's tragic demise in 2018 at the hands of his father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), left fans in shock and they've been yearning for Pavey's return ever since.

General Hospital sees that with his sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), back on screen, hints of a family reunion are in the air. If Nathan indeed returns, it could significantly shake up the dynamics on General Hospital. Notably, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Nathan's widowed wife, is currently facing a medical crisis.
