What you treasure most reveals where your heart is headed. In this episode, discover how Jim Elliot’s life points us to Christ as the treasure worth giving everything for.

What do you treasure most?

Jesus said our hearts always follow what we value. For some, it’s money or recognition. For others, it’s comfort or control. But Scripture calls us to treasure Christ above all, because what we value most directs our choices and shapes our legacy.

In today’s devotion, you’ll hear the story of Jim Elliot, who gave his life while bringing the gospel to the Waodani people of Ecuador. His famous words, “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose,” remind us that when Christ is our treasure, our hearts follow Him into eternal purpose.

Main Scripture:

Matthew 6:21 – “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

By the end of this episode, you’ll discover:

Why your heart follows what you treasure most
How treasuring Christ gives peace, purpose, and eternal reward
A simple step to realign your priorities today

Today’s Challenge:

Take ten minutes to ask yourself: “What do I treasure most?” Write down your answers. Then pray, “Lord, let my heart follow You as my greatest treasure.”
