It's really easy as people and as content creators to focus on numbers as measures of success. They are the easiest to measure, they indicate trends, and they are useful tools to find the general direction a channel or content is headed. However, numbers aren't the ONLY way you can measure success. In fact, it can be one of the most detrimental ways that people measure success, especially when they are first getting started in content creation. My encouragement to you, is to consider what success looks like for YOU and for your community. Because at the end of the day, it's the impact you have on others, whether 1 or 1000, that really matters. Numbers are great, but people are better. Consider what your QUALITATIVE metrics are, and start to measure your success by those metrics, as opposed to just the quanititative metrics that most people measure success by. God bless!
