Given the current (and very necessary) dialogue that we're having in the US, we decided to post this podcast a few days in advance.
We had a very open conversation with Bartholomew Jones from Cxffeeblack about his experience and point of view as a black man working in the coffee industry. He comes from an arts and music background with a focus on education and community building. His approach to coffee is "people first", which is something I really appreciate.
