It is "Sober October" on the podcast! In this episode, I share how the hurricanes in the Caribbean in 2017 were a huge catalyst for my sobriety. They served as a reminder of what truly matters in life—human connection and being of service to others. These experiences redefined my creative journey and helped me understand that having a clear head opens us up to deeper inspiration and growth.

I also touch on the importance of normalizing sobriety, even for those who don’t identify with rock-bottom stories. My sobriety journey wasn’t triggered by some external crisis but by a moment of clarity where I realized there was more to life than numbing myself with alcohol. If you’re curious about re-evaluating your relationship with alcohol, this episode might inspire you to reflect on that.

This episode is for anyone looking to bring more clarity into their creative process and for those who are considering sobriety as a means of living a more mindful, fulfilling life.
