Crystal Clark-Chatman is a powerhouse nonprofit leader and the Founder and Executive Director of Beautiful Spirited Women, a nationally recognized mentoring organization established in Memphis, Tennessee. Since 2010, her organization has empowered over 65,000 girls from underserved communities through transformative programs focused on leadership, education, and self-worth.

A 19-time Best Nonprofit Organization award recipient, Crystal has hosted over 650 free workshops and led more than 700 community service projects, contributing over 78,000 volunteer hours.

She is the first-ever Tennessean to receive the prestigious L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth Award and holds an ACNP certification from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Her leadership has ensured a 100% high school graduation rate with zero teen pregnancies among program participants. Crystal is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Forbes BLK community. Her mission is to create safe, empowering spaces for girls to thrive, lead, and transform their communities.
