The seminar covered the Intent to Deprive under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule Rule 37 and related case law. The session addressed the duty to preserve electronic evidence, strategies and technology for collecting electronically stored information, and the six-factor analysis to show the Intend to Deprive under Rule 37.
