Matt & Kaylee Lovelady are married, co-owners of CrossFit i1uvit, vibrant personalities & friends of the show. They, like many couples, are opposites that complement one another perfectly. They're a busy firefighter, strong woman who runs the day to day of i1uvit, former Division I college athletes and parents to Ripken and Rhylee and so much more!
In this Part 1 interview, we talk about how they first found CrossFit, some of their life journeys and how they met. We talked about their philosophies for running an affiliate and helping others get 1% better in their lives. We also talk finding a new challenge after leaving college athletics behind and more!
I've known Matt & Kaylee for over 10 years and we had a great time looking back on funny and meaningful stories, including "don't drop the barbell"!
