In this episode we begin our partnership series. Before we start looking for partners and mentors we have to know what our values are. It is hard to find a mentor to model ourselves after if we are unsure of what is truly important to us. In order for us to build relationships we have to know what we are looking for out of life and what is important to us which takes self reflection, an open heart as well as an open mind. In this episode I give examples of my own beliefs and what they meant to me when deciding my network and relationships. I finish the episode by giving tips on how to discover what you value and why.
