When delivering a speech or presentation, find your fans and make eye contact with them at the beginning. It will help reduce your nerves and get things kicked off on the right foot. Great advice from my guest, Dianna Booher. Dianna is a hall of fame speaker, bestselling author, and executive presence expert.
