U.S. stocks fell overnight, with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq dragged lower by Meta and Microsoft amid renewed Fed rate concerns. Investors rotated out of tech and into bank and healthcare stocks, while rising Treasury yields reflected uncertainty over further Fed cuts. In Europe, the ECB kept rates unchanged amid resilient economic growth. In commodities, oil prices held steady amid optimism over a U.S.–China trade truce, and gold gained after the Fed’s latest trim. Back home, Aussie shares are set to snap a three-day losing streak to end the month on a stronger note.
