Chef Jimmy Pardini is a born-and-bred Fresnan from a strong Italian background, with deep roots in the food and hospitality industries. This chef, restaurateur, husband and father of two brings his style and experience of working in the kitchen to his daily life, and it’s safe to say that both are in good taste.

With years of experience working alongside Nancy Silverton, Michelin star chef and owner of Osteria Mozza, Jimmy gifts Central Californians with his talents and two concepts of his own locally. At The Annex Kitchen in Fresno, Jimmy takes on Italian cuisine with local ingredients, complete with a full bar and private dining. Annesso Pizzeria, open for lunch and dinner, offers delicious mouthwatering pies and handcrafted Italian-inspired cuisine.
We sat down with Jimmy to get an inside look at how this restaurateur is redefining Fresno’s culinary scene. Get ready for a flavorful conversation that will leave you craving more. ☕🍕🎙️
