Amid betrayal and despair, God raises an unexpected deliverer—Ebed-Melech, an Ethiopian servant—who courageously rescues the prophet, showing faithfulness and compassion where others failed. B – Best Verse: Jeremiah 38:9 (NKJV) – "My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon. And he is likely to die from hunger in the place where he is. For there is no more bread in the city." C – Called to Do: We are called to stand for righteousness, even when it costs us. Like Ebed-Melech, we must act in courage and mercy, trusting that God works through unlikely people to defend His servants. Let our lives clearly reflect loyalty to the Lord, not wavering between faith and fear.
