With most people working on Wi-Fi, every type of issue gets rolled into a Wi-Fi problem.

In this scenario, whole floors of users were having connectivity issues which impacted sales and support calls. It really created a bind of the company.

Rowell discusses how he was troubleshooting a Wi-Fi issue which led him to creating a network diagram and found some glaring problems causing the issues over Wi-Fi.
