This week we will be discussing Returnuary

The hangover from the party that is Q4. And we do this not to scare anyone but because we feel it’s our duty to be real with you and provide actionable tactics to deal with even the things you don’t see discussed on Instagram or twitter much.

As you know Amazon extends the return period for gifts and purchases for most of the items purchased between October 11 and December 25, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023 and sellers see higher than usual returns.

This happens because people get the wrong size, the wrong color, they get two of the same item, they don’t like something, or they think Uncle Chad is a jerk and don’t want his gift

It is up to us as sellers to have a plan in place to try and get as much out of the returns as possible and the ability to come to terms with the fact that some stuff will need to end up in the wastebasket.

Today we will discuss some ways you can weather Returnuary with your sanity and P&L statement intact, for the most part, anyway.
