Graeme Cowan helps future-ready leaders build more caring and resilient teams, who enjoy growing together. He joins Mariane in conversation, to share how his lived experience of depression served as a catalyst for change within himself, and the development of an authentic purpose. Graeme loves being a professional speaker because he believes that sharing ideas can lead to conversations, and conversations can lead to action and change. As one of the founders of R U OK?, a charity he continues to contribute to as a Board Director, he's watched this simple idea lead to substantial impact.

Today, he shares his insights on how the most caring CEO's he's met are creating space for flourishing and optimising their personal development experiences for their people, and how we can reimagine the curation of youth based learning to achieve the same.
