Nobody better than him to give us some advice on how to become a better ally and kick off this conversation with the LGBTQ community. At Microsoft, Gaelan founded GLEAM (Gay and Lesbian Employees at Microsoft), which expanded to embrace Bisexual, Transgenders and the entire LGBTQ+ community. One of his recommendations was to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race: Battle of the Seasons.
