We have on speical guest Mitch Zaplatosch to discuss his introduction into powerlifting, his recent meets, and how his master's education and his current PhD research has an impact on the application of using hydration to benefit sports athletes. We have an in depth conversation over how Mitch conducted his research and what he looks for in his own research to be able to apply this to athletes such as endurance athletes and even strength athletes.
