Michael and Susan Dell announced on Tuesday that they're donating $6.25 billion for Trump accounts, impacting millions of kids. Starting July 4, 2026, Trump accounts could take up to $5,000 in annual contributions from parents, their employers, grandparents, family friends or charities. An Altoona, Pennsylvania, police officer testified Tuesday in a New York courtroom about the moments before the arrest of Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year.
