Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus,
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
We Continue Reinforcing
Our Devotional Diaphragm Muscle & Synapses Memory
Our Diaphragm is A Muscle Located Across
The Bottom Of Our Lungs And Above Our Stomachs.
This Muscle During Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Flattens When We Inhale, Lowering Our Diaphragm,
That’s Extending Our Upper Stomach,
And Relaxes When We Exhale,
Pulling Air Into And Out Of Our Lungs
Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood.
Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Is Not Only A Prayerful Way Of Pacing Ourselves
But Our Means
To Establish Our Muscle And Synapses Memory
Of Lowering Our Diaphragm
After Inhaling On Jesus And Exhaling On Christ
James
