If you are histamine sensitive and trying to do carnivore or low carb to lose weight, meal prep can feel stressful. Leftovers make you react, long batch cooking feels overwhelming, and it seems like you have to choose between feeling sick or living in the kitchen.

In this episode, I walk you through a simple, histamine friendly carnivore meal prep system you can do in about 20 minutes. You will learn how to use flash frozen burger patties, tallow or ghee, and glass containers to cook fresh, freeze fast, and reheat only when you are ready to eat.

I share exactly how I set up my kitchen with a Pyrex dish, salt, timer, and clean tools, how I cook patties from frozen in the oven, save and freeze the drippings for extra fat and nutrition, and how I build quick low carb carnivore meals that travel well and support your metabolism instead of working against it.

We also talk about why prioritizing higher fat over extra protein can reduce histamine reactions and hunger, how to pack small airtight glass portions for busy days, and how this kind of simple meal prep can support steady energy and sustainable fat loss without complicated recipes or all day cooking.
