In these two-part lectures, Institute associate Josué Reichow explains the philosophical origins of critical theory, providing an analysis, notably in the works of the Frankfurt School in the early 20th century. Alongside that, he explores the relationship between critical theory and its postmodern and neo-marxist connections, attempting to map out the current landscape of identity politics, presenting a Christian critique and response to the ways in which critical theory interprets reality in different dimensions.
