Rose and Simon have a very strange dinner with Rose's ex, Umberto. We learn that Umberto left Rose at the altar, while Simon disappears for most of the evening to rendezvous with a blonde woman. Ruthie finally gets a cell phone so, naturally, all of the men in her life encourage all of the boys from her past to call her. Ruthie reconnects with an old flame but also ends up getting a call from an unexpected special guest.
