Katy doesn't have ADHD. But she lives it out, every day! She's been front-and-centre supporting her closest people with squirrel moments for over 20 years - her husband, her son, and her best friend (me).

In this milestone first-guest episode, Katy shares what it's REALLY like to come alongside someone with a busy brain - the entertainment, the "herding cats" challenges, and the brilliance she sees that others might miss.

What We Cover:
• Supporting 3 people with ADHD across different relationships (spouse, child, friend)
• How we adapted our communication (Katy is clinically deaf, I have ADHD - creativity required!)
• The rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) moment that almost stopped me from coaching
• Why Katy says ADHD brains have a "snapshot genius" quality
• How faith shapes the way we love neurodivergent people
• The difference between being a burden vs. an opportunity to adapt

ABOUT YOUR HOST

I'm Erin Vogt, System Strategist for Busy Brains, helping Christian women with ADHD get organized, stay focused, and follow through on what God's called them to do. 🩷

Through my FOCUS Formula™ and personalized digital workflows, I guide faith-driven entrepreneurs, creators, and moms who are tired of juggling a hundred tabs (on their screens and in their minds). I help them create calm, consistent systems that actually fit how they're wired.

Because for women with busy, beautiful ADHD brains, the goal isn't perfection.

It's peace.

Peace that allows you to follow through without burning out. Peace that keeps you focused on the calling God's already placed in your hands.
