Based in Los Angeles, Javier brings 15 years of experience in leading Executive Assessment and Board Review projects. Throughout his experience as a C-Suite advisor, he has recruited over 300 executive and non-executive directors in key markets (Energy, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Technology (FoodTech, Agtech, FinTech), Infrastructure, Diversified Manufacturing, Automotive & Mobility, Transportation & Logistics).

Javier is a member of the Executive Coaching team at IESE Business School (Ranked #1 in the Financial Times) and collaborates with San Pablo CEU University. Javier has lived and worked in the United States, Europe and LATAM. Given his multinational experience and multicultural approach, Javier has led international search and leadership projects.
