Patrick Hutchinson is the Managing Director and Founder of tKW Capital, a Kingdom-minded equity fund focused on values-aligned investments. A licensed attorney and accountant, Patrick has led over $100 million in acquisitions and helped multiple companies scale into the billion-dollar range. With a background in law, finance, and leadership, he now channels his expertise into ventures that reflect his faith and calling. Outside of work, he’s a husband, dad of three, and avid mountaineer chasing the Seven Summits.
Here, Patrick dives into faith-driven investing, scaling businesses, and the mindset that fuels both. Patrick shares lessons from his deep acquisitions experience, why he believes "good papers, good friends" is essential to any deal, and how servant leadership drives the way he builds relationships with founders and teams.
Patrick also opens up about why scaling a business is harder than summiting a mountain, how he evaluates opportunities through the lens of impact and alignment, and the importance of communication and clarity, even in faith-aligned ventures. From PB&J summit snacks to early morning workouts, Patrick brings candor, humility, and hard-won wisdom to this conversation about business and purpose.
