Sometimes growing up means realizing that not everything, or everyone, can come with you into your next chapter. In this episode, we get real about release, from old habits and toxic friendships to the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. We talk about recognizing when something no longer serves you, the guilt that comes with moving on, and how letting go can actually be an act of self-love. Rooted in our Brooklyn upbringing, we unpack what it means to soften in a city that teaches you to hold tight, and how walking away can sometimes be the strongest thing you do.

If you felt seen by anything in this episode, send us some love or your own story. This space is about real connection — and we want to hear your voice too 🤍
