The New York Rangers are hurting, but I think the fans are hurting more. In the last week, the vibes have taken a complete nose dive, and Rangers upper management sent out a major flare to the team, essentially promising moves will be made to swap out players. In a game where you would expect a huge bounce back performance, the Blueshirts confirmed what a lot of people were already saying; something has to change. The players implicated? Jacob Trouba and Chris Kreider- two of their current locker room leaders. In fairness, Kreider was absent from tonight's contest, but the former of those two was a traffic cone all game. The Bruins of course just fired the St. Louis Blues new head coach Jim Montgomery, as both teams attempt to right the ship after slow starts.
