How did I get here? It’s my year of saying NO. And I don’t even like golf courses… Sometimes we have to go out of our way to breakthrough limiting beliefs. [2:06]

Do people of color have a trauma that is inherited through genetics? And if so, how does the prevalence of mixed ancestry fit in? This includes our ideas around gender to. Do we just not address this, because it actually doesn’t exist? [29:45]
The awareness piece is very important. If we don’t address the negative story, it will keep recreating itself. It needs to be resolved, but don’t stay there. Express it. Re-frame it. Shift that story. We want our thoughts to go toward healing. [37:37]
Part of the race issue is about wealth. When you grow up “humble”, it’s hard to take the leap into abundance and invest in your dreams. Is it harder for immigrants and people of color? [40:30]
