Welcome to the show, everyone. Today, I have the privilege of introducing a truly remarkable guest, Brenda Adelman.
Brenda is an award-winning storyteller, a forgiveness expert, and the author of the powerful memoir *My Father Killed My Mother and Married My Aunt: Forgiving the Unforgivable*.
Her story is one of resilience, transformation, and the profound power of forgiveness.
Brenda’s life took a tragic turn in 1995 when her father shot and killed her mother and later married her aunt.
After nearly being consumed by grief, she found a path to healing, using her love for Shakespeare and her acting background to create the critically acclaimed one-woman show *My Brooklyn Hamlet*, which she has performed across the globe.
Through her storytelling, Brenda helps others connect with their own pain, embrace their stories, and find their voice.
As a Speech Architect and Director, Brenda has worked with over 200 clients, helping them build confidence, share their personal stories, and command the stage with authenticity.
Her mission is to show others that forgiveness and redemption are possible, no matter how dark the journey may seem.
If Brenda’s story resonates with you and you feel it’s time to share your own, you can connect with her through Facebook or her website .
Brenda, it’s an absolute honour to have you with us today.
