On today’s podcast we have a good chat with Joyce Nethery of Jeptha Creed Distillery. We get to learn all about this majority woman owned distillery and how they use an heirloom corn to make their whiskey stand out from the crowd.
We start off learning all about Joyce and her chemical engineering background. We then get into their motto “Ne Oublie” and how it became their own creed that they started this distillery journey upon. We then dive into to their newest release, a 6 year Wheated bourbon using their signature heirloom corn, the Bloody Butcher.
So sit back, hang out, grab a pour and learn about how Joyce would use a squirrel to keep the distillery cats entertained!
