1. Jess’s Bulletproof Coffee Recipe This is the creamy, energising morning ritual Jess swears by for focus, calm energy, and an intuitive start to the day.

Bulletproof Coffee (Serves 1):

  • 250 ml high-quality black coffee

  • 1 tsp to 1 tbsp grass-fed butter (start small, build to your tolerance)

  • 1 tsp to 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil

  • Optional: 1 tbsp collagen powder

Blend until frothy and well mixed and enjoy your creamy, energy-boosting start.

Jess recommends using it as:

  • A breakfast replacement (until genuine hunger calls)
