In today’s episode, I am chatting with Alison Beder Solway. Alison lives in Toronto, Canada, with her family and starts every day with a strong cup of coffee. She is passionate about fitness and reading and believes that there is nothing powerful than sharing our experiences. Her memoir, The Miles We Run: Lessons From the Arena of Resilience, marks her debut as an author. Alison’s story is a testament to the strength and resilience that lies in us all.
