We’re joined by Luke Wilson, the Sydney Blue Sox Director of Player Health & Physical Performance and co-owner of Switch Physical Performance. Luke has been at the forefront of launching The Blue Sox Way—a new, innovative platform designed to support players, parents, coaches, and associations across New South Wales.

We take a deep dive into what The Blue Sox Way actually is, why it’s focused on the critical youth age groups, and how better use of training methods, injury prevention, and data-driven insights can keep more kids in the game and raise the standard of baseball in Australia.

Luke also shares his own journey through elite sport—including his experience in the NRL—and how it’s shaped his approach to building healthier, stronger, and more resilient baseball athletes.
